Champagne Ruinart Brut Branco

A vibrant, light yellow color with golden highlights. Good shine with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam. Firstly, the nose is delicate, fresh and fruity, full of white fruits (pears, Bosc apples), apricots, as well as fresh hazelnuts and almonds. Various floral and spicy notes add an extra hint of complexity. The second nose reveals excellent olfactory intensity in a crunchier base, such as a brioche base. Frank and direct attack on the palate. A balanced wine, rounded and full-bodied, with a fragrant attack with ripe fruits (plums and nectarines). The finish is long, the dosage well integrated giving way to the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay that makes up most of the mixture.
